Peggy
Peggy's Tribute from her loving family:
Our Peggy crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Monday after a long, debilitating illness. I always say that Peggy chose us when we adopted her over 7 years ago after her original owner could no longer care for her. Peggy worked her way into our hearts immediately. While our hearts break at our loss we will remember how Peggy lived life to the fullest. She loved long walks with her Westie brother Finley, especially if there was a squirrel or cat to chase. She loved food, fetch, and playing tug; lightly nipping on our wrist playing tug to show the toy was hers. She went on camping trips and adored running on the beach and playing in the waves. She gave middle of the night cuddles when we were up with newborns that wouldn’t sleep and she made those same babies giggle with her antics. She made impatient growls when she wanted our food, especially fries. Even in her last months when her health failed she persevered and brought so much joy. She will be deeply missed and long remembered.
